There is no intention for Apple to file the complaint against Android because there is huge market for Apple even though Android is present in the market.Apple has filled lot of patents when the first iPhone was invented by Apple.First iPhone is the first touch phone in the world.Now Apple has raise the complaint about Samsung Galaxy Tab and won the case also also file the case against the Google Galaxy Nexus which
Google and Samsung together released.
So after this patent war now Google and Samsung has tie up together to fight against the world's most valuable company Apple.The legal "game plan" has started already as per the Korean Times.Some Samsung authorize news distributed told to Korean news that "now its very early to talk about our game plans and we will collect the money from Apple for Royalties for our technology and Apple has benefited through out technology.May the future fight become cross licensing deal with Apple and Samsung.
The cross-licensing fight is not new in corporate companies as Microsoft already raised the legal cross-licensing with Samsung last year September.
